How long will it take for my order to process?
Most orders are processed immediately and should be recieved within 24 hours. Upgrade orders, or orders requiring manual processing, can take up to one business day to process. If you pay via a PayPal eCheck, the order is processed as soon as PayPal lets us know the check has cleared--this can take up to a week, but depends on your bank.

If it's been over 24 hours (or over the expected amount of time), please check your spam folders. If you still don't see the email, just send us an email at and we'll happily resend your registration information.

Will I receive something in the mail?
No. Receipts and registration information are sent via email to the address you provide. The latest version of the software is availble via the Download link on the individual product pages. (Mobile apps should be downloaded through your normal mobile content provider.)

How can I get notified about updates?
Subscribe to one of our newsletters, follow us on Twitter or Facebook (see individual product pages for links), or check back on the site.

Help! I got two (or more) registration emails--I only wanted one license!
If this has happened, there was probably a browser error during purchasing (typically, during a refresh). Just send us an email to, tell us your two order numbers, and we'll get things straightened out.

Is my credit card information protected?
Yes. All product purchases from our site are performed online via credit card payment using secure server technology from, a leader in secure online billing. Credit card information is provided solely to for authorization and processing. Credit card information is used only for billing purposes, and is not retained by Nevercenter and will not be used for any other purpose.
