Milo 2023 is here and ready for you to download!

Milo is new and improved for 2023, with a major upgrade under the hood to Unreal Engine 5, the state-of-the-art game engine upon which it's built.

The upgrade will allow for many opportunities for future development alongside the improvements available right away. These include improved raytracing (on supported graphics cards), improved volumetric clouds, global illumination cast from the floor in the Color Room, and better rendering. We've also added two powerful new lighting rigs designed for raytracing: Lightbox and Ring Light. These are soft lighting rigs with very soft shadows, with Ring Light being a directional version, and Lightbox being lit from all sides at once.

This update is FREE for all users who purchased Silo & Milo from within the last year; simply download the new version from the Silo & Milo webpage. If you need to purchase an upgrade to your license, want to check if you need to, or generally check on the details of your license, you can do so at
