CameraBag can be purchased via PayPal or by using a major credit card.

Registration codes are typically emailed immediately, but can take up to 1 business day if manual processing is required. Please be sure that your email is set to recieve email from support@nevercenter.com and that the email isn't in your spam folder. (If you DO find it in your spam folder, PLEASE mark it as "not spam" to help other users' emails go through!)

If you are still waiting for your registration code after this time, please contact us and let us know - we will resend your registration information to you right away.

Licenses purchased from the Mac App Store are Mac-only licenses. Please note that Apple provides the copy protection for these licenses and no registration code will be sent.

All Mac App Store billing/registration questions should be directed to Apple Support.

Licenses purchased from these sites (Steam, Setapp, etc) follow the licensing rules of these sites; a registration code from Nevercenter will not be sent. All billing/registration questions for these sites should be directed to that platform's support team.

Once you have purchased a CameraBag license from our site, you will receive an email containing a registration code. You can unlock and register your copy of the program by running CameraBag and entering in this registration information when prompted.

The latest version of CameraBag is always available from our Download page.

NOTE: Licenses purchased from the Mac App Store do not use a registration code; the licensing is handled by Apple and the program should be downloaded from the Mac App Store.

Nope! When you buy CameraBag, you own it! Buying CameraBag gives you permanent access to the version you purchased, plus includes a year of free upgrades to any version released during that time. These versions will always be yours to own.

You can continue to get free upgrades once the year has expired by purchasing another year of free upgrades. If you extend your free upgrade period before it expires or within a month of it expiring, you can extend for half price.

Beginning September 2019, all licences come with a 1 year free upgrade period. Any updates released within 365 days of the purchase date are FREE. Extensions can be purchased here.

You should download your updates the same way you originally purchased the program: via the Mac App Store, Steam, or the Nevercenter website.

Older versions of CameraBag: CameraBag verson 1.x licenses include upgrades through all versions 1.x at no cost, v2.x licenses for all versions 2.x, and version 3.x licenses for all versions 3.x. Version upgrades past v3.x or past the 1-year free upgrade period do have a cost. We do often offer discounts for customers upgrading from v3.x to a current version; drop us a line at support@nevercenter.com to find out if you are eligible!

Although we only officially support the latest version of CameraBag, you are very welcome to continue to use a previous version of the program! We've made all of the previous installers, presets, adjustments, etc available from the links here.
