With a new Freeform mode for skewing and distorting overlay images and several useful improvements to go-to tools like White Balance and Spot Mask, this release focuses on giving you more control and flexibility for those advanced finishing touches.

The new Freeform mode for the Image Overlay adjustment (renamed from Composite Image and now moved to the Utilities section) is perfect for things like overlaying a perspective-corrected screenshot onto an image of a device, allowing you to skew and distort your overlay images for a seamless blend. You can even use it to perspective-correct an entire image - just add a Composite Image adjustment, select the same file as your base file, and drag its corners outside the image bounds, tweaking their positions to adjust your entire photo’s perspective lines.

We've also worked on improving interactive tools like the White Balance adjustment to work better when opened in side-by-side tabs, and updated the Spot Mask adjustment to now use the same interactive radius control found in Spot Exposure, giving you more precise and intuitive control over your masked areas.
