This is best for detailed feedback. The BEST feedback (easiest for us to understand and most likely we will be able to do something about):
  1. Focuses on a single issue at a time—especially if it is a bug or request for a specific feature.
  2. Is REPEATABLE, with steps on how to reproduce what you are seeing. We need to be able to make the bug happen in order to fix it—add as much detail as necessary!
  3. Includes your stats (operating system stats, software version involved, any special system setup/accessories).
  4. Has attached/linked any relevant/needed files to help us understand or recreate the issue.
Although we do not always reply to feedback emails (we're a super small team), we DO read every email that is sent to us, and regularly meet to discuss together the feedback we receive.
