Description

Tweak is one of the most useful selection functions in Silo, and can only be assigned to a mouse button. If you have something selected, clicking and dragging with Tweak will perform the function of the current manipulator in the plane of the screen without having to actually click directly on the manipulator. If nothing is selected, Tweak will select the component or object temporarily, perform the manipulator action while dragging, and then deselect when you release the mouse button.

If, for example, you have the Move Manipulator active, tweaking will move selected components in the plane of the screen without having to click directly on the manipulator.

Notes

  • Tweak works with several manipulators to perform their specific functions.
  • Tweak can only be assigned to mouse buttons.
